1. The service

Attendance Autopilot (a product of Nimbusworks Consulting LLC) automates your weekly attendance reporting into CitiSpan and emails you a summary of each run. We provide the service on a best-effort basis.

2. Your authorization & responsibilities

You represent that you have authority to authorize uploads of your program's attendance data.
You authorize us to access your CitiSpan portal, using credentials you provide, solely to perform those uploads.
You're responsible for the accuracy of the attendance data you submit to us and for keeping your CitiSpan account in good standing.

3. Acceptable use

Use the service only for your own lawful attendance reporting. Don't use it to access data you're not authorized to handle.

4. Fees

Fees are as set out in your order or quote and invoiced accordingly. Plans are month-to-month unless otherwise agreed.

5. No warranty; third-party platform

The service depends on CitiSpan, which we do not control and which has no test environment or API. We provide the service "as is" and don't warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, though we work hard to keep it reliable and idempotent.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior three months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

7. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time. On cancellation we stop uploads, remove your credentials, and export your records on request.
