Who we are

Attendance Autopilot is a product of Nimbusworks Consulting LLC ("we," "us"). We provide automated attendance reporting for out-of-school-time youth programs. Contact: hello@attendanceautopilot.com.

What we collect

• Account & contact information you provide (organization name, email, the funder you report to).
• CitiSpan access credentials you authorize us to use to perform your uploads — stored encrypted.
• Attendance data needed to file your reports. We process attendance by CitiSpan PersonID only — we do not include student names in the files we upload.

How we use it

We use this information solely to perform your CitiSpan attendance uploads, send you reports about those uploads, and support your account. We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.

Data minimization & the consent boundary

We deliberately minimize the personal data we handle (PersonID, not names). We never submit youth consent or registration forms on a child's behalf; when a form is missing, we flag it for a human to resolve.

How we protect it

• Credentials are encrypted at rest and in transit and used only to run your uploads.
• Our access to your portal is scoped to attendance upload only.
• Every run is logged for an auditable record.

Your choices

You own your data. You can request an export or deletion of your records, and revoke our access, at any time by emailing hello@attendanceautopilot.com.

Service providers

We rely on a small set of vetted providers to run the service (for example, cloud hosting and transactional email). They process data only as needed to provide the service.
